If you need to access LinkedIn Learning materials for your subject, you will first need to log in to LinkedIn Learning. Below is a list of solutions for common login issues.

Common LinkedIn Learning login issues

(MyLearn) I previously used LinkedIn Learning via Blackboard, now I'm on MyLearn but I can't log in

It's possible that you still have browser cookies that remembers your previous logins, which can cause access issues. Try clearing your browser's cache (select All Time or Everything for the time range) then try again.

(Blackboard) I am stuck in a login loop

Whenever you try to access material, you get taken back to the Torrens Blackboard login page

This can be due to one of two issues:

  1. You have not yet activated your Torrens University student LinkedIn Learning account, or you need to log back in - if so, please follow these instructions
  2. You have activated your Torrens University student LinkedIn Learning account, but you have connected it to another LinkedIn account - if so, please contact librarysupport@torrens.edu.au for assistance

(Blackboard) I am seeing an "Access Denied" message / I can't find the LinkedIn Learning link under My Organisations

Blackboard error message saying "Access Denied" when accessing LinkedIn Learning

This means that you have not yet been enrolled in the LinkedIn Learning module in Blackboard. Please contact Student Support and request access to the LinkedIn Learning module in Blackboard.

I am encountering a different issue

If the instructions above do not resolve your issue, please send screenshots of your issue to the Library Support team at librarysupport@torrens.edu.au
