Trouble joining an online workshop using Blackboard Collaborate (non-Library workshops)
If this is your first time joining a library workshop on Blackboard or you tried to join and see the message below, please complete the 4 steps outlined.
Step 1:
Select Enrol from the panel on the right hand side
Step 2:
Click the green Submit button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3:
Click OK at the bottom of the page.
Step 4:
Select Collaborate Ultra on the left hand side to access the Library Workshops.
